The Deanship for Students Affairs of the White Nile University, has organized a reception festival in the honour of the new batch of students for the year 2018. Attended by the university staff and community celebrities, headed by Dr. El shazali Eisa Hamad the Vice Chancellor accompanied by the deanships of the faculties, heads of department, and the different university directorates.

Dr Widaa Abdallah, has addressed the audience on behalf of the university, in his word, he stressed on the sustainable evolvement of the university, and the future prospective in its vision .He duly appraised the university for availing the healthy academic Environment for its students. Dean of Students .Dr. Mutassim Yahya ,highly welcoming the university new comers ,valuing , his deanship’s role in caring for the student in all, its prevailing university environment though, clean academic ,educational and cultural climate. The festival was crowned by the university Choir Band with national songs, popular lyrics, and recent sing trends, where the students have performed their creative contributions in art, poetry and music that amused the audience highly. The Vice Chancellor has inaugurated, within the Festival numbers, the accompanying exhibitions for the faculties of the university, namely, Architecture, Medical laboratories, Computer and Information Technology and Education. The exhibitions were highly appreciated by those who attended them.
