The procedures start after voting the amale or a female student from unified acceptance office in Khartoum:
Firstly: procedures of registering the new students, filling the format and comply with the rules and regulations of the college, filling the format of student’s affairs, paying the study and registration card fees, and attaching four colored photograph picture, a copy of the national number, the Sudanese certification or the equivalent, the outside students should attach the residence document, conducting the medical from certified college doctor, and the interviews, delivery the applicable card for the period of study, and at last attending the preliminary course organizing by the college. Secondly: registration procedures for senior students:
The procedures start after passing the examinations of the year study, delivering of the registration format for specific semester of study, and paying the study and registration fees.
Thirdly: General provisions:
The name of the student should be lifted from the college records if the final dismissed accured, according to the student behavior rules or regulations of the college, and the rest of the student who academically fail in examinations , submit a reguest to freeze the study, should have fill special format for registration from registration office.
If the student lost his card, he must tell the police immediately and present the required document to the college for issuing alternative card, so these rules & regulation should be published annually for all students at the allocated place of declaration.
Student’s behavior regulations& rules:
The students should comply with the following:
1- Every student should highly consider the statute of the college in terms of the rules & regulations.
2-the students should be well acquainted with the items of the college and comply with context and shoulder the responsibility of breaching with any item:
Firstly: the compliance with the private regulations:
1- The student should issue the certified college card, with which he has the right to enter the college, examination halls, attend the lectures, and benefit from the library.
2- To complete the registration procedures, pay the study expenses and all the data at the venue and date with accuracy.
3- To comply with the fulltime during the study for the organized student.
4- To comply with the casually dress and impeccable appearance in and outside the college for the female students.
5- Comply with the good behavior and respectful conduct toward the teachers and the staff of the college.
6- Try to avoid the distortion of the religious act and unconstructive debate.
7- Attending the lectures, discussion groups, tests, and examinations according to the scientific regulations and the different programs.
8- Comply with the conduct and good behavior in studying halls, labs and college yard.
9- Maintain all kinds of the college properties.
10- The holy places of worship should be highly considered and respected.
11- All prevailing laws and regulations should be highly respected and complied with the rules and regulations to accomplish the goals of the college.
Secondly: a rule of what must be avoided:
1- All kind of breaching the law &public regulation.
2- Investigate to stop the study or abstain from attending the lectures or scientific experiences due to the students.
3- All the actions contrasting with the dignity and ethical values related to the good conduct and behavior in or outside the college.
4- Making any illegal activity or unauthorized in the college.
5- Distribution of issuing wall, cultural, political magazines, or collection of signatories without previous permission from jurisdiction area.
6- Any breach of the examinations rules or commencing it.
7-the abstaining and demonstrations in college building opposing the general regulation and the good behavior.
8- Bringing or making any kind of weapons in the college.
9- Possession or making, consumption of any spiritual drinks or other drunken fluids or drugs.
10- The practice of unwanted occupation which doesn’t cope with his status as student.
11- Commitment of shameful actions or says against his reputation as student belonging to scientific corporation in or outside the college.
punishment board:
1- Everyone who opposes one or some of these regulations should be punished with the following contraventions:
A- Paying attention orally or in written.
B- Alarm.
C- Deprivation from activities such as sports, cultural and social for specific period or permanently.
D- Deprivation from attending the some syllabuses for period not to surmount a month.
E- Stopping from a study for period not to surmount a month.
F- Its possible merge two contraventions or more in case of damaging college’s properties or special properties.
G- Stopping from college a study for a year.
H- The final dismissed from the college, in this case, the other universities should be declared.
2- It’s possible to declare the issuing decision with the punishment inside the college.
3- The decision should be transferred to anyone who looks after the student.
4-acopy of the decision should be kept in the student’s file.
5- The supervisor of student affairs has the right to apply the punishment in the article () and ().
6- The punishment stipulating in the article (), it’s one of the dean’s jurisdictions.
7-the punishment () is dean’s jurisdiction, and restricted with the approval of college council.
8-it’s possible for student to defend himself in front of the accountability council with a suitable person.
9- The punishments from () up to () aren’t applicable on student unless, to investigate, hear his says which misquoted to him, in written and must sign it after reading, so the student should proceed in front of the committee at the venue and date for investigation, if he delays without any notification, he will miss his chance to defend himself.
10- The accountability council is formed by the dean of the college, according to the article (7) of punishment board, determine the punishment stipulating in the article () and its decisions are immediately applicable after issuing and be final, upon the approval of the dean of the college on it.
Conclusion:
1-The college works in consistency with all its branches and specialized secretariat, so the other should help in implementing the regulations which facilitate the work of every secretariat without any intervention, all shoulder the responsibility in front of the college’s dean.
2-The student affair secretariat is responsible for following up its private work regulation.
3- The university security is a tool of implementing the organizational college’s policies should be respected and subject to its instructions and guidance.
4- The same current regulations in the college should be applied to the continuous additional studies.
1- It is forbidden to enter the lab with the bags, and there is allocated place for it.
2- - It is forbidden to disconnect the internal electricity cables or connect the laptop.
3- It is forbidden to disconnect the mouse and key boards.
4- The regulations of student affairs should be highly considered in the labs.
5- It is forbidden to move from a computer another.
6- It is forbidden for the students to play or damage the computers and its equipments.
7- It is forbidden for the students to maintain the computers, that falls on technician responsibility in the lab.
8- It is forbidden to write on the computer frame or the wall.
9- It is forbidden to stop fans or the air conditions.
10- It is forbidden to play games such as card or any other games in the computers.
11- - It is forbidden to use removable connections such as flashes or memories without technician’s permission.
Anyone who contravenes these regulations will expose himself to extremely deprivation from the lab.
1-Student should be estimated in the college continuously.
2- The full mark for each subject is 100 degree.
3- The assignments of the year should be fluctuated between 20 up to 30degree.
The assignments of the year include the following:
1- Attendance during the specific semesters of the year.
2- Scenarios.
3- Tests during the semester.
4-practical assignments.
5- Practical lab assignments.
-Every teacher should record the year assignments for each subject before the final examination and deliver copies with the examination degrees.
- Time table of scenarios should be separated from the theoretical lectures time table.
-It is possible for the practical labs degrees to reach 50degree.
- Every student absents more than 25% from the theoretical lectures without acceptable reason; the heads of department’s council has fundamental right to abstain him from attending the theoretical examination. And consider him failed in such a subject irrespective of the year assignments degrees.
- The failed student shouldn’t be given a year assignments degrees, but the alternative student enjoys it.

Its possible for the college council to deploy temporary statements of ratified final examinations results from college council with dean,s signsature ,(temporary results,subjected to the ap[proval of the scientific council. |
2-12 |
The final examinations results should be deployed following the ratification from the scientific council electronicly. |

It is impermissible under any circumstances to reveal the details of examinations degrees,except academical institutions confidentially. |
2-14 |
In case of any arquement of examinations results ,the student should submit acomplain to the secretrait of scientific affairs after paying the fees to constitute internal review acommittee to make report and raise it to the secretrait of scientific affairs. |
2-15 |
The secretrait of scientific affairs depends on internal review acommittee,s recommendations stipulated in paragraph(2-14) and the college should complywith it. |
