The Human Development Department at White Nile University, in cooperation and coordination with the Public Employees Department in White Nile State, organized a number of administrative training courses for public employees in the various localities of the state under the auspices of the Acting Minister of Finance, Ms. Fatima Al-Haj Al-Tayeb, and the supervision of Dr. Qamar Al-Dawla Abdul Muttalib Ahmed, Deputy Director of White Nile University. The courses included a number of titles, the most important of which are communication skills, decision-making, time and priority management, problem solving and crises, in addition to the reports course and the Kaizen course (self-confidence). These courses and training workshops come within the framework of training and qualifying employees of the state institutions in the localities.
