Dr. Mohammad Alamin Mohammad Yousif Kibir the Dean of Quality , Evaluation and Accreditation Deanship discussed with Dr. Alnazeer Abdallah , the Deanship plan . Dr. Kibir made a comprehensive presentation in which he discussed the adoption of self evaluation by the whole university followed by external evaluation , the activation of community service , the preparation of a strategic plan for quality and the establishment of an information center. The Dean pointed the need for the evaluation of the faculty of Medical laboratory science academic programs and emphasized the need to train lecturers and teaching assistants and for training in educational technologies. He pointed that there will be a quarterly evaluation of employees , and that the evaluation of the Vice Chancellor, the university Principal , the Secretary of Academic Affairs, and the Deans of faculties will be twice yearly. There will be 6 forums per year . The first forum will be this December and will be presented by Dr. Gamar Al Dawalah Abdel Mutalab Ahmad the Deputy Vice chancellor. Finally Dr. Mohammad AlAmin Mohammad Yousif Kibir thanked all those present .
