Dr. Qamar Al-Dawla Abdul Muttalib Ahmed, Deputy Director of the White Nile University, received in his office Dr. Al-Zain Saad Adam, Director General and Acting Minister of the Ministry of Health and Social Development in the White Nile State, in the presence of Dr. Essam El-Din Ahmed Mohamed Badri, Vice-Dean of the University, and Dr. Amani Badawi Kanounah, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine.

Dr. Qamar Al-Dawla Abdul Mutalib Ahmed, Deputy Director of the White Nile University, received in his office Dr. Al-Zain Saad Adam, Director General and Acting Minister of the Ministry of Health and Social Development in the White Nile State, in the presence of Dr. Essam El-Din Ahmed Mohamed Badri, Vice-Dean of the University, and Dr. Amani Badawi Kanounah, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine. The meeting discussed mechanisms for localizing treatment in the state through rehabilitating teaching hospitals and visiting Al-Khojalabi Teaching Hospital, in addition to benefiting from specialist doctors present in the state and the possibility of providing treatment to citizens. The Minister of Health confirmed the ministry’s readiness to support the university’s medical colleges by training students of the Faculty of Medicine in the state’s various teaching hospitals. For his part, Dr. Qamar Al-Dawla expressed his thanks to the state’s Ministry of Health for its great cooperation with the university’s Faculty of Medicine, noting that the university is in the process of establishing two new colleges of pharmacy and dentistry to serve the state’s citizens and contribute to the education process in the White Nile.
