1. Digital Transformation: Achieving full digital transformation and infrastructure development for all library activities and services.

2. Expanding Digital Collections: Increasing investment in e-books, digital scientific journals, and specialized databases to meet the needs of various academic disciplines.

3. Institutional Repository Development: Developing the Institutional Digital Repository and ensuring the deposit of new research, theses, journals, and scientific papers.

4. Continuous Professional Development: Ensuring ongoing professional training for the library team to empower them in leading change and innovation.

5. Partnership and Community Engagement: Strengthening partnerships with university libraries both locally and internationally.

6. Open Access Policy: Formulating a university policy for Open Access (OA) in cooperation with the university administration and supporting researchers in publishing in open-access journals.

7. Digital Archiving: Developing a digital archive to preserve university documents and showcase its history, foundation, and evolution.

8. Artificial Intelligence Integration: Harnessing AI tools in all library activities and services, and promoting information literacy regarding the use of AI in scientific research.
