Faculty Dean
The Faculty of Education is considered one of the most vital faculties within the university, providing essential services to society through its vision, mission, and objectives. It contributes to qualifying and graduating professionals in various educational disciplines, including curricula, teaching methods, and other pedagogical subjects. These disciplines encompass Arabic Language, Islamic Studies, Geography, History, Science, Mathematics, English Language, and various educational activities. Furthermore, the faculty plays a crucial role in preparing teachers who, in turn, work toward building righteous citizens for the nation of Sudan.
The faculty also offers postgraduate programs, including the Higher Diploma in Educational Sciences, Master’s, and Doctorate degrees. The undergraduate duration of study is four years, after which students graduate with a Bachelor of Educational Sciences, specializing in two additional subject areas. Additionally, the faculty serves the community in the White Nile State by providing training for teachers whenever requested by the state’s education administration.
