Private Law
The Department of Private Law is one of the core academic departments within the Faculty of Law. It is dedicated to studying the branches of law that govern legal relationships between individuals and private entities, based on the principle of legal equality and independent of the privileges of public authority.
The department is responsible for teaching a comprehensive range of courses, including Civil Law, Commercial Law, Labor Law, Maritime and Air Law, Civil Procedure Law, and Private International Law, along with other related subjects.
