The Arabic language holds a unique position among the world's languages; it is the vessel in which the Holy Qur'an was revealed and the source through which the honorable Prophetic Sunnah was preserved. Through it, the civilizational consciousness of the Islamic nation has been shaped across centuries. Consequently, mastery of this language is not merely a linguistic pursuit but a gateway to understanding religion, absorbing heritage, and connecting with Arab and Islamic culture at its deepest levels.

Driven by this realization, the initiative to establish the Faculty of Arabic Language for Non-Native Speakers at the Sheikh Al-Khojalabi Complex in Rabak was launched. It serves as a scientific beacon responding to the needs of African and Asian peoples, opening the doors of knowledge to the Arabic language and Islamic sciences. The senior administration of the White Nile University has committed to executing this project in service of Islam and Muslims, contributing to the dissemination of the language of the Qur'an in non-Arabic-speaking environments.

The Bachelor of Honors program in Arabic for Non-Native Speakers plays a pivotal role in this path. It is a comprehensive four-year academic program featuring carefully designed courses and a holistic curriculum that balances linguistic and cultural aspects. The program emphasizes the Arabic phonetic system through modern laboratories that help students acquire correct pronunciation and effective communication skills. Furthermore, the program utilizes audiovisual media and follows a progressive approach in building linguistic competencies, enhancing learner confidence and ensuring continuous progress.

The impact of this program extends beyond academia; it contributes to preparing qualified cadres capable of spreading the Arabic language and Islamic culture in non-Arabic societies, consolidating a moderate understanding of religion, and meeting the needs of educational institutions in this vital field.

At the Faculty of Arabic Language for Non-Native Speakers, we take pride in being part of this scientific and missionary project. We ask Allah to grant it success and acceptance, and to make it a blessed cornerstone in serving the language of the Qur'an and its nation.
