Objectives
Driven by the need to provide specialized national competencies in Computer Science and Information Technology, and recognizing the pioneering role the faculty must play in community service, the faculty has strived to occupy a distinguished position in this field. To this end, the faculty has set the following objectives:
- Preparing and qualifying students in Computer Science, Information Technology, and Information Systems by equipping them with the scientific and practical skills necessary to graduate with the highest possible efficiency.
- Contributing to the advancement and development of scientific and applied research in this field.
- Qualifying graduates to pursue their postgraduate studies in the various scientific specializations offered by the faculty.
- Fostering an environment conducive to creativity and innovation in computer science and its applications by providing material and moral incentives and awards.
- Participating in advanced training programs to re-qualify
- and refine the computer skills of university staff in particular and the local community in general.
- Providing professional scientific and academic consultations.
- Offering qualifying programs and courses that meet the dynamic requirements of the labor market.
- Providing students with practical training in analyzing and building systems for both the private and public sectors.
