Department Objectives
General Objective: To prepare laboratory cadres who are scientifically and practically qualified in the field of Hematology, capable of performing various blood tests with accuracy and efficiency, interpreting their results, and contributing to diagnosis and therapeutic follow-up in accordance with quality and occupational safety standards.
Specific Objectives:
Theoretical & Practical Foundation: Providing students with the theoretical and practical foundations, along with essential skills, in Hematology and its various branches.
Technological Proficiency: Utilizing and calibrating blood analysis instruments correctly, while keeping pace with technical advancements and developments.
Quality Control: Implementing and applying comprehensive Quality Control (QC) programs.
Research Development: Developing scientific research and publishing skills within the field of Hematology.
Field Training: Conducting field and clinical training in various hospitals to ensure the ability to work efficiently within a healthcare team.
