It was held at Dr. Ali Al-Gilani University complex Dr. Ali Fadllah Allah, Dean of the Faculty of Arts and the attendance of Dr. Beshaara Issa Hamad, Academic Affairs Secretariat and other members. The Council discussed a number of issues,the most important of which were result of the exams of the students of the third semester. Through the discussion, the Council was listed by a discussion on the course of exams and the reviewing of the examination. The Council was designed to proceed with the relevant states of the examination reviewing must be inside and outside university. the council also agreed upon holding a training course for intermediate stage teachers o english language . Concerning the achieving the objectives of the College and the responsibility of the Community for the people of the State
